Return and refund policy

At Taradhin, we are committed to delivering quality networking, technology, IT and electronics products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023). Return requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • All original accessories, cables, adapters, manuals, and components are included
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
  • Warranty seal is intact and unbroken
  • The item has not been registered, activated, or configured

Items that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted for return.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@taradhin.ae with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged or wrong item claims)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping instructions and address. Items sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your item arrives defective, physically damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at returns@taradhin.ae with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and resolve it at no additional cost to you.

Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Cables, connectors, patch cords, and small accessories that have been opened or unsealed
  • Headsets, earphones, and personal accessories once the hygiene seal is broken
  • Software, firmware, license keys, or digital products once activated or revealed
  • Custom-built computers, servers, or networking equipment configured to your specifications
  • Special-order items sourced specifically upon your request
  • Items with broken, removed, or tampered warranty seals
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, incompatibility, or power surge
  • Consumables such as thermal paste, cleaning kits, or cable management accessories once opened
  • Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards

6. Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us at returns@taradhin.ae with your order number and the replacement item you require. We will confirm stock availability and process the exchange once the original item is received, inspected, and approved. Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

For a different model or specification, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Bank or credit card processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at returns@taradhin.ae.


8. Our Right to Refuse Returns

Taradhin reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use, physical damage, or tampering caused by the customer
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice are missing
  • The return request is submitted outside the 14-day window
  • The warranty seal has been broken or removed
  • The item has been registered, activated, or configured

9. Warranty

All products sold by Taradhin carry the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. Warranty claims for defects discovered after the 14-day return window must be directed to the respective manufacturer or brand's authorized service center in the UAE.
