Terms of Service

Overview

Welcome to Taradhin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online store and website, including all products, services, content, and features offered by Taradhin ("we", "us", "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

Taradhin specializes in networking equipment, IT infrastructure, computers, laptops, monitors, televisions, gaming products, mobile accessories, TV wall brackets, cabinets, patch panels, and related technology products.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions
  • Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection
  • Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023 — Executive Regulations on Consumer Protection
  • Federal Decree Law No. 14 of 2023 on E-Commerce
  • UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985)

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in the UAE
  • All information you provide including your name, address, phone number, and payment details is accurate, current, and complete
  • You are purchasing for personal, household, or legitimate business use — not for unauthorized commercial resale or export
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You will not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person

Taradhin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.

Section 2 — Our Products

Taradhin offers the following product categories:

  • Networking equipment: routers, switches, access points, patch panels, cabinets
  • Structured cabling: CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A cables, connectors, keystones, face plates
  • Computers, laptops, and computer accessories
  • Monitors and display equipment
  • Televisions and TV wall brackets and mounts
  • Mobile accessories
  • Gaming equipment and accessories

We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, specifications, images, and compatibility information. However:

  • Product colors and appearances may vary slightly due to screen calibration and device settings
  • Product specifications are subject to manufacturer changes without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions at our sole discretion
  • Availability of products is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed

Section 3 — Orders

Order Placement When you place an order on our store, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an official Order Confirmation email from Taradhin.

Order Acceptance Taradhin reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

  • A product is out of stock or discontinued
  • There is an error in pricing or product description
  • The order appears fraudulent or involves suspected misuse
  • Payment has not been successfully processed

Order Cancellation Once an order is accepted and payment is processed, cancellations may not be possible. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at info@taradhin.ae. Cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Special and Custom Orders Orders for custom-configured computers, servers, special-order networking equipment, or bulk procurement are non-cancellable once confirmed, as these are sourced or built specifically for you.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) as required by UAE Consumer Protection Law
  • Prices include 5% VAT where applicable, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; the price charged will be the price confirmed at the time of your order
  • Shipping and delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout
  • We do not add hidden charges or surcharges for credit card payments

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Cash on delivery (where available)
  • Bank transfer (for corporate and bulk orders)
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • Taradhin is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier
  • For delivery-related issues, refer to our Shipping Policy available on our website

For UAE orders, we aim to deliver within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines for remote areas may vary.

Section 6 — Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is fully compliant with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Key points:

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Custom orders, opened software licenses, and unsealed accessories are non-returnable
  • Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Section 7 — Warranty

All products sold by Taradhin carry the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

  • Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice
  • Warranty is void if the product has been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with
  • For defects discovered within the 14-day return window, contact us at returns@taradhin.ae
  • For defects discovered after the return window, warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer's authorized service center in the UAE

Taradhin will assist you in facilitating warranty claims where possible.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and the Taradhin brand name are the intellectual property of Taradhin or its licensors and are protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our website without written permission
  • Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose
  • Scrape, extract, or systematically collect product data or pricing from our website

Shopify's name, logo, and trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc. and are used under license.

Section 9 — Prohibited Uses

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use our Services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any UAE federal or local laws or regulations
  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate orders or personal information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer data
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or AI agents to access or extract data from our store
  • Resell our products commercially without prior written authorization from Taradhin
  • Export products in violation of UAE export control regulations

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.

Section 10 — Errors and Inaccuracies

While we strive for accuracy, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or outdated product information. Taradhin reserves the right to:

  • Correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice
  • Cancel orders placed based on incorrect pricing or product information
  • Update product descriptions and specifications as provided by manufacturers

We will notify you promptly if your order is affected by a pricing error or stock discrepancy.

Section 11 — Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our products and services are provided on an "as available" basis. Taradhin does not warrant that:

  • Product descriptions are completely free of errors at all times
  • The website will operate without interruption or technical errors
  • Products will meet every individual technical expectation beyond their stated specifications

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Taradhin shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from product downtime or failure
  • Damages caused by incorrect installation, configuration, or misuse of products
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Section 13 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taradhin, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any UAE law or third-party rights
  • Your misuse of our products or Services
  • Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account

Section 14 — Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 15 — Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including manufacturer pages, brand portals, and social media platforms. Taradhin is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

Section 16 — Changes to Terms

Taradhin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 17 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts, specifically the courts of Dubai, UAE.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@taradhin.ae to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, complaints may be submitted to the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department or the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Section 18 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable under UAE law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 19 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taradhin regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and communications.
