Shipping Policy


Overview

Thank you for shopping with Taradhin. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. All shipments are made within the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise stated.

Section 1 — Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Sunday to Thursday) after payment is successfully confirmed
  • Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate Dispatch Notification email with tracking details once your order has shipped
  • During peak periods including sale events, Ramadan, and national holidays, processing times may extend by an additional 2–3 working days — we will notify you if your order is affected

Important: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time is processing time plus delivery time.


Section 2 — Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Taradhin is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman 2–3 working days
Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain 2–4 working days
Remote and rural UAE areas 3–5 working days

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.


Section 3 — Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and item dimensions
  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the current threshold is displayed on our website and may change from time to time
  • For bulk orders, large networking equipment, cabinets, rack systems, or oversized items such as large TVs and wall mounts, additional shipping charges may apply — you will be notified before your order is confirmed
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Taradhin's error (wrong item sent or item damaged in transit)

Section 4 — Risk of Loss and Title

  • Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, risk of loss and title passes to you
  • Taradhin is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier
  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us at info@taradhin.ae and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf — however, resolution timelines are subject to the carrier's investigation process
  • We strongly recommend that you ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible before confirming your order

Section 5 — Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

  • Our carriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the address provided
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address being provided, the order may be returned to our warehouse
  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges
  • Orders returned to warehouse due to failed delivery will be held for 7 days — if unclaimed, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued minus shipping and handling charges
  • Taradhin is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
    • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
    • Restricted access to delivery location
    • Refusal of delivery by the customer or recipient

Section 6 — Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch notification email
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch
  • If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of your order confirmation, contact us at info@taradhin.ae

Section 7 — Damaged Items in Transit

  • All orders are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery — request the carrier to mark it as damaged and contact us immediately at info@taradhin.ae within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and item
    • Description of the damage
  • Claims for transit damage reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Taradhin will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to request the damaged item to be returned before processing a replacement or refund


Section 8 — Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete
  • Taradhin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@taradhin.ae — address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched
  • Once an order has been dispatched, Taradhin cannot guarantee that address changes can be made and will not be liable for delivery to the original incorrect address

Section 9 — Delivery Restrictions

Taradhin currently ships within the UAE only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed from outside the UAE or requesting delivery outside the UAE will not be processed.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain areas, buildings, or locations at our discretion including:

  • P.O. Box addresses (delivery may not be available to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy items)
  • Locations with restricted access
  • Areas outside our carrier's coverage zone

If your location falls outside our standard delivery coverage, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.


Section 10 — Bulk and Corporate Orders

For bulk procurement, corporate orders, or orders involving large quantities of networking equipment, IT infrastructure, or other products:

  • Contact us at info@taradhin.ae before placing your order
  • Custom shipping arrangements and delivery schedules can be agreed upon in writing
  • Bulk orders may require additional processing and delivery time
  • Special delivery terms for corporate clients will be outlined in a separate agreement

Section 11 — Force Majeure

Taradhin shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
  • UAE public holidays or government-mandated closures
  • Carrier strikes, operational disruptions, or capacity constraints
  • Customs delays or regulatory holds
  • Pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of God

In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and fulfil your order as soon as conditions allow.


Section 12 — Carrier Partners

Taradhin works with reputable UAE-based and international logistics carriers to deliver your orders. Our carrier partners may include:

  • Aramex
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Emirates Post
  • Other regional courier services

The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location, order size, and weight. Taradhin reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.


Section 13 — VAT and Invoicing

  • All orders are issued with a VAT-compliant tax invoice in accordance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax
  • VAT at 5% is applied to all applicable products and displayed at checkout
  • Your tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address upon order confirmation
  • Please retain your invoice as it is required for returns, warranty claims, and any disputes
